Dr. Terry Tolle comes to Health 1st having graduated from Life University, School of Chiropractic. Dr. Terry Tolle is Licensed to practice in Indiana and Florida and has his Certificate of Attainment from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners for part 1-4 and Physical Therapy. Born and raised in Swayzee, Indiana. Dr. Terry Tolle has practiced for the last 14 years in Indiana. He enjoys helping patients to get out of pain and back to their "Normal" routine as soon as possible. He enjoys fishing and Notre Dame Football. Dr. Tolle is married to his wife Lisa and they have three children and a beagle.
