Review: I was referred to Health 1st by two co-workers. Prior to treatments I was experiencing tension headaches, pain in my upper arms and shoulders. After starting treatments I noticed that my condition was rapidly improving and I was hardly experiencing any of the tension head aches or shoulder pains in my upper arms. I had also been experiencing acid reflux episodes. Upon my 12th visit I had a reexamination with Dr. Maloney and Dr. Schott and I discussed this issue not being present since my visits started. Dr Schott told me that coincidently that the process of realigning my back does affect some of the digestive muscles in the lower back. The treatment and personnel are great. My family also told me that since I have been coming in for treatments, I have seemed less irritable and edgy. Health 1st is great and I highly recommend them to anyone having similar aches and pains. Thank you Health 1st.

Through careful listening and observation they work closely with you to bring you back to a better quality of life. Review: I have been a patient at the Camby office for a long time now and I am constantly impressed by the staff and services provided. Everyone at Health1st has a genuine concern for their patients and their patients health care improvements. I recently received a trigger point injection with a massage as a part of my health care and I am amazed at the improvement I noticed. After the massage therapist located my areas of concern they were treated and I noticed results almost immediately! Now a month has passed since I received the trigger point injections and massage and I still have complete relaxation in the area that was treated. I recommend health1st to everyone and will continue to be a patient. They have made a tremendous improvement to my overall health and for that, I am truly grateful!

Review: Before starting my treatment I was unable to stand at the sink to wash dishes. My pain level at that time was between a 9-10 on some days. Now, I am able to stand at the sink to wash piles of dishes with no discomfort. My pain level is minimal.

Review: I came into the office with a complaint of several headaches a week and lower neck pain. The pain was so miserable that it was not fun going through normal activities. After the first treatment the headaches started to ease. After two weeks I have been headache free for over a month. The neck pain has decreased to just fatigue only due to working a long day. Review: My neck and back pain was at a pain scale of a 5 or 6. Health1st took some xrays of my spine showing me that I had forward head posture. I started treatment with them which really has helped relieve my pain. I was also dealing with pinched nerves. After my treatment I have much improved. I am very happy with my visits and overall improvement of pain. Pain is a scale of 1 to 2 most of the time now. My Job is much easier now daily.

Review: Prior to coming to Health1st I was prone to having constant migraines on a weekly basis. Many times these migraines were debilitating, causing me to miss work for days at a time. The therapy and treatments I have received at Health1st have made my migraines more manageable. I do not get the migraines as often now. I am very grateful for the preventative techniques I was shown through the exercises and equipment I was given. I highly recommend Health1st to anyone who might be suffering from migraines like I was. I'm also a mail carrier, which means aches and pains in the lower back, knees and hips. The chiropractic adjustments and orthotics have been great for that as well.

Review: I had never had injections in my back before so I was pretty scared. However the pain in my elbow was so bad that I had to do something. After getting my trigger point injections the pain was gone. I could finally lift something as small as glass again with having no pain at all. I would recommend the trigger point injections to anyone dealing with the pain that I had. Health1st has really helped me to ease my pain and made it easier for me to move.

Review: As a nurse I was skeptical about chiropractic care but after years of limited range of motion in my neck and unrelenting discomfort, I had given up on traditional medicine of muscle relaxers and physical therapy. I came to Health1st and within three days of chiropractic, exercise along with massage therapy I felt a dramatic change and I am happy to say I am pain free with the ability to turn my head more than I have in a very long time. Review: When I first came to health1st I thought it would be just like all the rest of the doctor's I've been to. All kinds of reasons to keep running test for no results But I was soon surprised to learn that the staff and Doctors at Health1st were truly there to help. They not only made almost all my pain go away. Which is really hard when you have pain in lower back. They also made me fell welcome. Always friendly and kind plus ever caring. Review: I really enjoyed working with the staff at Health 1st. Everyone was friendly and took an interest in my overall health improvement. My xrays showed a positive improvement and I feel a lot better. Dr. Pierce was also so helpful in my improvement. The massage therapists are very on top of things and were so helpful. Review: I highly recommend trigger point injections. Even though I had sworn off needles, I was desperate for relief. I didn't realize how many separate areas were causing my pain. Within hours of my first round of TPIs, my pain was greatly reduced. The second round of TPIs provided me with great relief as well and I am eagerly awaiting my third round of injections to get rid of the last few knots in my back. Try them; you'll love them!

Review: I have had pain in my back for some time now and Dr. Pierce introduced trigger point injections to me to help assist with my problem. I agreed to try anything at this point.
