"When I first came to Health-1st, I was experiencing pain in my lower back, upper shoulder, and neck. I was given an evaluation by Lee and Dr. Olson. They worked out a plan for me involving physical therapy, chiropractic treatments, massage therapy, and a medical program that was second to none. They covered all the bases and all the employees are very pleasant. I went from twice weekly to once weekly, to once a monthly, and now I come once every month and a half for preventative care. I have been given a back brace that I use for walks and a neck apparatus that I use for a half hour nightly to keep the natural curve in my neck. | "I have suffered from chronic headaches since early high school. For the last 18 years, I have dealt with everything from a minor headache to a full-blown migraine daily. After years of medical treatment, I simply learned to live with the inconvenience. Being a mother of three young children as well as an elementary teacher, this slowly became more and more unacceptable. The headaches began to interfere with my daily living.
